Job Description
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Setting qualified appointments with brand decision-makers.
- Following up on warm and cold leads consistently.
- Supporting brand executives during campaign management phases.
- Documenting all appointments and lead activities accurately.
- Managing communication pipelines and CRM updates.
- Assisting with outreach scripting, tracking, and reporting as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or cold calling.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Proficient in Office 365 and/or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
