Job Description

We are seeking a CRM Systems Specialist who will take ownership of our customer relationship management platforms and ensure smooth, efficient workflows across marketing, sales, and customer service. While your primary focus will be managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce), you will also support light automation using tools like n8n,
 Zapier, and Make, helping to streamline communication channels such as email and WhatsApp.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the CRM system: set up, maintain, and optimize pipelines, deal stages, contact segmentation, task workflows, and reporting.
  • Ensure seamless email and WhatsApp communication flows via CRM integrations or third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, Mailchimp, SendGrid).
  • Customize CRM automation rules for lead assignment, follow-ups, reminders, and activity tracking.
  • Implement light automation and integrations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n to connect CRM with tools like Slack, Google Sheets, and Asana.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR to ensure CRM supports customer journey, lead generation, and internal process requirements.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure clean, accurate, and actionable records.
  • Train team members on how to use the CRM effectively and document all workflows and automations.
  • Monitor CRM performance and suggest improvements or upgrades.

Job Requirements

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Familiarity with setting up and automating email and WhatsApp communication flows via CRM or external tools.
  • Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n (even at a basic level).
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Ability to understand and support HR or operations workflows (e.g., onboarding, notifications).
  • Comfortable working across departments to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • with Automation Experience
