About the Role:
We’re hiring a driven and people-focused Sales & Client Success Representative who thrives at the intersection of outreach, conversion, and client onboarding.
You’ll be responsible for engaging with warm and cold leads, communicating the value of our offer, converting prospects into customers, and then guiding them through the initial onboarding process to ensure a smooth handoff to the Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Qualification:
- Reach out to new leads via cold calls, SMS, and email
- Qualify leads through a brief discovery process
- Identify decision-makers and verify key contact information
- Personalize communication based on industry and business needs
Sales Pitch & Conversion:
- Present the core value proposition in a confident, benefits-driven way
- Pitch a limited-time free trial and affordable setup offer
- Handle objections with empathy and clarity
- Close deals directly during the sales call or schedule a follow-up when necessary
- Guide clients through the payment and setup process
Client Onboarding & Handoff:
- Prepare new clients for onboarding after purchase
- Send pre-onboarding forms and confirm necessary steps are complete
- Schedule onboarding sessions with internal team calendars
- Ensure a smooth handoff by logging context and updates in CRM
- Follow up with no-shows and reschedule onboarding when needed
CRM & Daily Reporting:
- Keep all activity accurately tracked in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Maintain up-to-date notes and lead statuses in the pipeline
- Submit daily call and conversion metrics to the team
- Record sales calls for feedback and coaching (as needed)
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in sales, appointment setting, client success, or BPO
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confident and consultative sales style
- Excellent organizational and follow-up habits
- Experience using CRMs like GoHighLevel
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating new systems and templates
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST)
