Job Description
As our telesales specialist, you'll call potential clients (mostly IT resellers and system integrators), qualify their needs, record hardware part requirements, and coordinate with our sales team for quoting and follow-up.
This is not cold call telemarketing — it’s about building real relationships, qualifying serious buyers, and becoming a trusted point of contact

- Call B2B clients in Saudi Arabia and introduce our products portfolio
- Ask smart, structured questions to understand hardware part needs
- Record qualified leads in HUBSPOT CRM / provided template
- Follow up on warm leads from our email marketing campaigns
- Forward lead details to sales team for quoting
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both Arabic and English
Requirements:
- Female applicants only (for cultural alignment with KSA business norms)
- Fluent Arabic and English – both written and spoken
- Confident phone communicator
- Quick learner with interest in IT hardware (servers, parts, models)
- Quiet work-from-home setup with stable internet
- Previous telesales experience or calling Gulf clients is a plus
