Real Estate Lead Manager / SDR
(Full-Time, Remote - Professional English Speaker Only)
- Location: Remote (Work on EST hours)
- Salary: $1,750–$3,500/month base + $50–$100 commission per deal closed
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM EST + weekend text availability

- We're looking for an experienced, emotionally intelligent, and technically sharp Lead Manager / Sales Development Rep (SDR) to join our high-performance team.
- This role is 100% remote, but the work is fast-paced and full-time—requiring native-level English fluency, superb communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people through tough decisions.

What You'll Be Doing:
- 60–120 high-quality calls per day to new and existing seller leads
- Build real human relationships with homeowners—you're the voice they’ll trust
- Handle inbound and outbound leads inside our CRM (ReSimply)
- Stay organized: track all KPIs, update notes, and maintain lead statuses daily
- Follow up like a pro: text, call, email, and check-in to build long-term rapport
- Set appointments for our acquisitions team & ensure no opportunity is missed
- Work closely with our founders to analyze leads, qualify deals, and get purchase agreements signed
- Use tech tools like Excel, Propstream, Zillow, and our CRM REsimply daily—this is a highly organized, system-driven role
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Native English speaker with exceptional phone and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of sales or SDR experience, ideally in real estate, finance, or high-ticket B2C
- Master organizer – you love CRM systems, live by your pipeline, and never drop a follow-up
- Emotionally intelligent – you know when to listen, how to build trust, and how to lead people toward action
- Tech-savvy – proficient with spreadsheets, CRMs, and online tools
- Resilient closer – you don’t quit after one “no,” and you can guide hesitant sellers through to a win-win
- Self-driven & independent – no hand-holding here. You own your pipeline and results
- Huge Bonus : Experience in U.S. real estate or construction/renovation background
