Job Description
- To lead and develop sales strategies to increase individual memberships and corporate contracts for sports clubs, while strengthening relationships with both B2C and B2B clients to achieve revenue targets and ensure sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
First: B2C Sales (Individual Clients):
- Develop sales strategies to attract new members and increase renewal and retention rates of existing clients.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to create tailored offers that increase subscription likelihood.
- Manage internal sales teams (subscription staff) and guide them toward achieving monthly and annual goals.
- Enhance the customer experience by following up on feedback and ensuring high service standards.
- Implement promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to boost subscriptions and customer retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective advertising campaigns targeting potential customers.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare reports with improvement suggestions.
- Oversee sales operations across two different clubs.
Second: B2B Sales (Corporate Clients):
- Identify and target companies and institutions to form partnerships and offer group memberships for their employees.
- Build strong business relationships with major companies, government entities, hospitals, schools, and others.
- Design customized subscription packages that cater to corporate needs and deliver maximum value.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients to meet sales targets.
- Coordinate with training and sports service teams to deliver tailored corporate programs and sports events.
- Attend conferences and exhibitions to build a strong network that supports sales growth.
- Prepare regular reports on B2B sales performance, analyze results, and suggest improvement strategies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or service industry within Saudi Arabia, with knowledge of local customer behavior.
- Strong knowledge of modern sales techniques, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to reach goals.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver compelling business presentations.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new B2C memberships per month.
- Renewal rate of current members.
- Total sales revenue achieved vs. target.
- Number of closed deals and contracts with corporate clients (B2B).
- Customer satisfaction rate with sales and service.
- Number of corporate meetings and presentations conducted.
- Annual sales growth and new client conversion rate.
