About the Company

A leading Turkish company in the translation, localization, and interpreting sector, recognized for delivering high-quality language services and innovative solutions to global clients across various industries.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the translation, localization, and interpreting industry. You will engage with potential clients, understand their language service needs, and deliver tailored solutions that support their global communication goals. This role requires strong B2B sales capabilities, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to market expansion.


 Work Location: Egypt (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned regions and industries.
  • Promote the company’s comprehensive language service offerings: translation, localization, and interpreting.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions that meet their business goals.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and service execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain organized records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Languages, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1:3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the translation, localization, or interpreting industry.
  • Strong understanding of the language services market and client needs across different sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
