Job Description

Rely Port is expanding, and we're looking for experienced Business Development Experts who excel at identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals.

In this role, you will represent Rely Port’s tailored outsourcing solutions to potential clients across a range of industries, including customer service, back-office support, and virtual assistance. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—and play a key role in driving our company's growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and engage high-value prospects who would benefit from our services
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to each client's business needs
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations and close new business deals
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and client onboarding
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed growth targets

Job Requirements

  • Proven success in business development, B2B sales, or closing high-value deals
  • Strong knowledge of outsourcing, customer support, or BPO services is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-driven and highly self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • A strong professional network or existing client base is a bonus
