Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDR) to join our growing SaaS software company. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled professional who combines the strengths of Telesales, SDR, and Sales in one role — capable of generating leads, initiating contact, qualifying prospects, and closing deals independently.
You will play a vital role in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, delivering tailored demos (including onsite visits when necessary), and presenting our software solutions in a persuasive and professional manner. Your ability to own the full sales cycle with confidence and integrity makes you a key contributor to our expansion.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from interested customers and respond to inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from contact databases and targeted lead lists.
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp to professionally promote our SaaS software solutions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Conduct on-site client visits when necessary to deliver personalized demos and professionally present the software solution.
- Convert leads into successful sales through persuasive communication and strong relationship building.
- Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Accurately update customer records, interactions, and notes in the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Provide insights and constructive feedback to improve sales processes, scripts, and outreach strategies.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Arrange and attend business meetings or online demos with potential clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services while addressing or anticipating client objectives.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts in compliance with legal and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, revenues, invoices, and pipeline reports.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Train and guide entry-level team members to develop their sales potential.
Job Requirements
- Ambitious and driven with a desire for continuous professional growth.
- Honest and ethical in interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within software companies (preferably SaaS-based).
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Proficient in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho.
- Basic understanding of the software market and B2B customer needs.

Working Hours
Fixed morning shifts: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday, with flexibility when needed.
