MEC is a leading provider of specialized Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) instruments and Environmental Monitoring devices, focusing on solutions for safety, quality, and environmental compliance in key industries like Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Government.
This is a pivotal role for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional. The Account Executive (AE) will be crucial for generating new business opportunities and enhancing existing client relationships to find new potential sales. The AE acts as the initial point of contact, qualifying leads and scheduling high-quality initial meetings for the expert product specialists. This role directly contributes to market expansion and overall company growth.
- Proactive identification and research of new potential clients (Class 1 and Class 2) in target industries.
- Initiating contact via cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
- Conducting regular visits and proactive outreach to assigned existing customers to maintain relationships.

- Identifying opportunities within the current client base.
- Successfully scheduling and confirming qualified meetings/demos for Sales Engineers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and pipeline progression in our CRM system.
- Continuously learn about our products, applications, and value propositions.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management,
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional Communication: Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken). Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Natural ability to build rapport, engage in active listening, and ask probing questions to uncover customer needs.
- Results-Oriented & Resilient: Highly motivated by achieving targets, persistent in follow-up, and able to handle objections and rejection gracefully.
- Proactive & Self-Starter: Possesses a strong outgoing mentality, comfortable with outbound prospecting and nurturing existing relationships.
- Good Presnetation skills.
- Owning a car for ease of mobility is highly preferred.
