Job Description
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Developer to join KOMA, a fast-growing creative and media agency.
You will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that help us grow and scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Pitch our media and marketing services to companies and brands.
- Maintain relationships with leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, media, and production) to align sales efforts.
- Achieve monthly targets and report on KPIs.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in closing B2B deals or service-based sales.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or media production is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
