Job Description

  • Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities across targeted markets
  • Promote and sell AI solutions and corporate training programs to senior decision-makers (CxOs, HR leaders, innovation departments)
  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with key clients and government entities
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs
  • Develop customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to support business discussions
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients and represent the company at regional events and exhibitions
  • Understand client objectives and propose relevant products and services that address their business goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status
  • Represent the company professionally in client interactions and industry events
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar B2B client-facing role
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Professional appearance with the ability to represent the company in formal business settings
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
  • Strong understanding of the MENA market, particularly Egypt, KSA, and UAE
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Training is a significant advantage
