Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Sales Specialist located in Cairo. The Software Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, demonstrating software solutions, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves showcasing the benefits of Tidal Systems software, identifying customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in ERP or enterprise software sales (B2B)
- Experience in Software Sales and a strong understanding of software products (ERP, HCM)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
- Excellent Communication, sales skills, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong Customer Service abilities and maintains professional and technical product knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluent in English
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
