Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
- Act as the main point of contact, handling customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Ensure successful delivery of products/services with high customer satisfaction
- Generate new business through existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer issues
- Manage the full opportunity lifecycle through to closing and collection
- Lead technical discussions to assess customer needs and propose solutions
- Engage existing clients to generate new opportunities and attract new logos
- Maintain complete understanding of our product line, target markets, and competition
- Log all activities in CRM and report daily actions to the Sales Department Head
- Regularly report on growth opportunities and market feedback
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- University degree; Computer Science or IT-related degree is a plus
- Postgraduate studies in Project Management, Marketing, Sales, or related fields are a big plus
- At least one sales or presales certification in IT products
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager in the IT field is a must
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead the sales process and close deals
- Proficiency in CRM software and productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High-level time management and strategic planning abilities
- Business acumen with a flexible, problem-solving mindset
- Strong data organization and analysis capabilities
- Ability to expand client base and penetrate new accounts effectively
