About the Role:
We're looking for a Regional Business Development Executive who can develop strong international client relationships and deliver tailored talent solutions across diverse markets. If you're driven, consultative, and eager to help global businesses succeed, this is your stage.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients.
- Identify new growth opportunities and international business deals.
- Drive revenue and client retention by upselling and delivering exceptional value.
- Respond to client requests promptly and with high attention to detail.
- Support the division in achieving ambitious sales and revenue goals.
- Lead negotiations and structure subscription plans suited for international needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to exceed client expectations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in sales,B2B experience is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with an international mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment or SaaS industries is an advantage.
- Fluent English is a must; additional languages are a bonus.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities in different time zones.
