- Make outbound cold calls to homeowners daily.
- Build quick rapport and create trust with leads.
- Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline carefully.
- Keep detailed notes and stay organized using our CRM system (REsimpli).
- Work closely with the acquisition team to help close deals faster.
Job Requirements
What You’ll Need:
- Strong spoken English (near-native level).
- 1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Confident handling outbound calls and conversations.
- CRM experience (any system like GoHighLevel, Mojo, or similar).
- A stable internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a reliable laptop.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and hunger to grow.
This role is fully remote, and we work U.S. Eastern Time hours.
