Business Development Engineer – Physical Security Systems

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Engineer with strong technical knowledge and a passion for building relationships in the engineering and consulting sector. Your core mission will be to drive the approval and specification of our physical security solutions (CCTV, access control, video intercom, etc.) with consulting and engineering firms across Egypt.
This role is key to increasing our market presence by ensuring our brand is included in early-stage project designs and tender documents.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP and low-current consultants, engineering firms, and design offices.
• Promote the company’s security product portfolio to consultants and secure product approval and specification in upcoming projects.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and training sessions to consultants and project stakeholders.
• Align consultant requirements with the right solutions from our offerings and provide technical support as needed.
• Ensure our products are listed in BOQs, drawings, and tender documentation at the design stage.
• Collaborate with the internal sales and presales teams to follow up on specified projects.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, industry events, and consultant meetings to boost brand awareness.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation required for consultant approvals.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of consultants, projects, and specification progress using CRM tools.

Job Requirements
- Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security or ELV systems (CCTV, access control, intercom, etc.).
• Proven experience in dealing with consulting firms and driving brand specification.
• Strong understanding of physical security technologies and low current systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Established network within the Egyptian consulting and engineering market is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
