Job Description
- Job Summary; We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Real-estate – Telecommunication - E Commerce - Banking – Insurance – Fintech – Services Companies - Software or technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients, presenting products/services, and supporting the sales cycle until deal closure.
- Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify potential clients in target industries.
• Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their business needs.
• Present promote, and sell products/services in a simplified and business-oriented language.
• Collaborate with functional teams to prepare tailored demonstrations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to build client relationships.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales services.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to business users.
• Good negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new features and adapt to new industries.
• Goal-oriented with a hunter mindset.
