We are a dynamic UK-based business consultancy providing strategic guidance and solutions to help companies grow, scale, and succeed. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our remote team.

Role Overview:
As our Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective sales and marketing strategies across a variety of business sectors. You’ll play a key role in lead generation, sales conversion, and brand positioning, working closely with leadership to meet company goals. This role demands a proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote environment and is confident speaking to potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to various client industries.
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Analyze market trends to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, social media, content marketing, etc.).
  • Support and contribute to website development and optimization (experience with CMS or website builders is a plus).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales and marketing management role (consultancy or B2B experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills, especially over the phone.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient with common digital tools and platforms (CRM, email marketing tools, social media, MS Office, etc.).
  • Adequate equipment (reliable computer, headset, high-speed internet) and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Experience with website creation and/or basic web development tools (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) is a significant advantage.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (UK Time)
