Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company building an elite in-house cold call team. We’re looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented team manager to recruit, train, and lead a small team of cold callers focused on generating leads from motivated property owners in the U.S. housing market.
- Hire, onboard, and train new cold callers
- Manage and support a team of 3–5 English-speaking callers
- Track and report on daily KPIs (dials, contact rate, lead generation, etc.)
- Perform weekly QA by reviewing call recordings
- Lead daily check-ins to keep your team sharp and focused
- Work closely with ownership to scale and optimize the operation
This is not a beginner position. We need someone who’s already managed cold callers or outbound sales agents, understands KPIs, and can hold reps accountable without babysitting.
Job Requirements
✅ YOU MUST HAVE:
- ✔️ At least 1 year of experience managing a cold calling or outbound sales team
- ✔️ Excellent spoken and written English
- ✔️ Comfortable managing remote teams using tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom
- ✔️ Familiar with CRM tools (Podio is a big plus)
- ✔️ Able to review call recordings, give feedback, and coach underperformers
- ✔️ Organized, proactive, and results-driven – not just clocking hours
