Job Description
We are an international educational consultancy that supports Arabic-speaking students to study in English-speaking countries (Australia, USA, UK, Canada & more). We need a Bilingual (Arabic–English) Student Support Officer to manage student enquiries, gather documents, and communicate with universities.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to student & parent enquiries in Arabic and English (email, WhatsApp, phone).
- Guide students through university & language school applications (forms, fees, deadlines).
- Collect, review & organise required documents (transcripts, passports, financial guarantees, English test scores).
- Coordinate with partner universities / pathway & language centres; follow up on application status.
- Translate / summarise emails & documents between Arabic and English when needed.
- Track each student in our CRM (status notes, next actions, missing items).
- Arrange visa documentation support steps (not legal advice; coordination only).
- Provide weekly progress updates to management.
Working Hours
Core availability required: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM KSA time (Sat–Thu; some flexibility). Remote work is fine if you have stable internet and a quiet space.
Job Requirements
Must Have
- Excellent written & spoken English.
- Fluent Arabic (Modern Standard + ability to understand Gulf or Levantine dialects is a plus).
- Strong email writing skills; professional tone.
- High attention to detail with documents & deadlines.
- Confident using spreadsheets, shared drives, and communication tools (WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Google Drive, CRM).
Nice to Have
- Experience in study abroad / student recruitment / admissions processing.
- Familiarity with IELTS, TOEFL, conditional offers, CoE/I-20, financial sponsorship (e.g., SACM).
- Previous customer support or admin coordination role.
