Job Description
- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns to drive app installs and user engagement.
- Utilize mobile attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Optimize marketing efforts across various channels including social media, search, and display networks.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically for mobile apps.
- Proficiency with mobile attribution platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO).
- Experience with programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
