About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across various platforms, with a strong focus on SEO, social media management, Google Ads campaigns, and content creation. This role is essential in driving brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community.
- Analyze performance and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Google Ads & Paid Campaigns
- Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns using Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Monitor ad spend, CTR, conversions, and ROI; report performance regularly.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content including blogs, website copy, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create multimedia content.
- Maintain and update editorial calendars.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate assertiveness and decisiveness.
- English Fluency is a must (both verbal and written).
- Internet Speed must be at least 50mbps.
- Laptop/ PC Specs:
- Processor Core i7 or higher
- 16 GB RAM min.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools
- Graphic design or video editing experience.
