Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote hotel services and increase brand visibility.
  • Oversee the company’s online presence, including website management, SEO optimization, and content updates.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and blogs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative approaches.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to execute digital marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events and online campaigns tailored to the hospitality sector.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or travel sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based, collaborative team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing digital marketing spend for maximum impact.
