Job Summary
 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our corporate team in the Supply Chain FMCG sector. This role focuses on developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our corporate brand presence, support sales growth, and strengthen communication with business partners (B2B). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing corporate digital channels, performance marketing, and data-driven campaign analysis.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Plan and execute corporate digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence (website, LinkedIn, social media) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Measure and report performance of digital campaigns against set KPIs and ROI.
  • Develop B2B-focused marketing strategies to support sales and business development teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, HR) to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Create and manage bilingual content (English & Arabic) to communicate company initiatives, services, and success stories.
  • Implement SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive visibility and qualified leads.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor digital activities within the FMCG and supply chain industries.
  • Manage budgets effectively and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly reports and dashboards for management on campaign performance and digital initiatives.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, corporate, or supply chain industries.

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC.

Hands-on experience with content creation and campaign management in English and Arabic.

Excellent understanding of corporate communication strategies and B2B digital marketing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Agency experience is a plus but corporate experience is preferred.
