Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team and drive sales for our Fire Fighting Systems.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and offering technical solutions related to fire safety systems.
- The Sales Engineer will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire fighting systems market.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
Generate sales leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations to potential customers.
- Technical Expertise & Solutions: Offer expert guidance on fire protection solutions, including fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, sprinklers, and related equipment.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions based on their needs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards (e.g., NFPA, EN, local fire safety standards).
- Customer Support & Project Coordination:Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales follow-up to ensure seamless system installation and maintenance.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of fire fighting systems.
- Market Insights & Reporting:Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the fire safety domain.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management regarding opportunities and performance.
