Pay:
$7/hour base
Plus performance bonuses
Most of our ISAs earn $10–$13/hour total at plan

Make outbound calls to warm and cold homeowner leads

Job Requirements
You MUST have:
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
Proven calling experience (ISA, call center, BPO, real estate, etc.)
Confidence and skill in appointment setting
Quiet work environment + solid internet connection
