Job Description

Are you a passionate sales professional with experience in B2B sales and tools like Apollo and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)? 
Join NUCORP, a fast-growing business services provider, and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and IT services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new leads through Apollo, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the B2B sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our client base and penetrate new markets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews with team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  •  Manage client relationships using CRM tools.
  •  Present proposals and close #B2B deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  •  Coordinate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong command of Apollo.io and CRM software.
  • Prior experience in a team leadership or managerial role in sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Based in Egypt.
