Job Description
Are you a passionate sales professional with experience in B2B sales and tools like Apollo and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)?

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new leads through Apollo, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the B2B sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our client base and penetrate new markets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews with team members.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Manage client relationships using CRM tools.
- Present proposals and close #B2B deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong command of Apollo.io and CRM software.
- Prior experience in a team leadership or managerial role in sales.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Based in Egypt.
