Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Peacock Concierge's client base.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to potential partners' needs.
- Negotiate and close partnership deals with third parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on service uptake performance, pipeline status, and business development activities.
Represent Peacock Concierge at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably in the luxury services, banking, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic.
