Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs and requirements.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Understand client objectives and goals, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their business through our products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news, developments, and best practices to continually enhance your knowledge and expertise.
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing clients' portfolios.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an account manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Previous experience in the industry or a relevant market segment is highly desirable.
- Leadership experience, including the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the field of BTL Agencies at least 5 years +.
