Job Description

  • Manage and maintain relationships with SMS marketing clients, ensuring satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and optimization of SMS campaigns for various client accounts.
  • Monitor message delivery rates, open rates, and other key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues in coordination with telecom providers or technical teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support, marketing) to fulfill client needs and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients regarding campaign performance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, DND, local telecom laws) in all SMS activities.
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling services based on client needs and campaign results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SMS marketing, digital account management, or telecom services (2-5 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with SMS platforms, APIs, delivery routes, and telecom technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines.
