Job Description
- Manage and maintain relationships with SMS marketing clients, ensuring satisfaction and campaign success.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and optimization of SMS campaigns for various client accounts.
- Monitor message delivery rates, open rates, and other key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues in coordination with telecom providers or technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support, marketing) to fulfill client needs and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to clients regarding campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, DND, local telecom laws) in all SMS activities.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling services based on client needs and campaign results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SMS marketing, digital account management, or telecom services (2-5 years preferred).
- Familiarity with SMS platforms, APIs, delivery routes, and telecom technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines.
