Role Overview:
The Medical Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and insurance companies to promote iVein Clinics' medical services. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the corporate client base, and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, insurance providers, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase corporate account acquisition and retention.
- Negotiate corporate deals and contracts to meet revenue goals.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with decision-makers to promote clinic services.
2. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate inquiries and partnership opportunities.
- Handle client concerns and provide tailored solutions promptly.
3. Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the management team to support strategic planning.
4. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Ensure all agreements comply with legal and organizational standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing corporate accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
