Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including corporate clients, event planners, and retail partners.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Present and promote NOLA Cupcake products to potential clients through meetings, tastings, and events.
Manage and follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
Gather market feedback and report on customer preferences and trends.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the local market and ability to identify business opportunities.
A passion for desserts and a flair for customer service.
