Job Summary:
IBTE is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager in Egypt with a strong background in educational marketing, preferably within international universities or higher education institutions. This individual will lead and manage a team of 5 to 10 marketing representatives responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective students. The Marketing Manager will oversee team performance, track progress, and ensure that enrollment targets are met through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management & Performance Monitoring
Lead, train, and manage a team of 5-10 marketing representatives focused on outbound student recruitment.
Monitor and evaluate team performance weekly, ensuring KPIs and targets are met.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance productivity.
Provide ongoing coaching and motivation to the team to optimize results.
2. Student Recruitment & Lead Generation
Oversee outbound calling campaigns targeting prospective students provided by IBTE.
Ensure the team effectively communicates program details, admission requirements, and career benefits to prospective students.
Develop engagement strategies to increase conversion rates and student enrollment.
Work closely with IBTE’s marketing and admissions teams to align recruitment efforts.
3. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the Egyptian education market.
Identify opportunities to expand IBTE’s reach through partnerships, events, and digital marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies, student behavior, and local education trends.
4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
Track and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly team performance metrics.
Report conversion rates, call efficiency, and campaign effectiveness to senior management.
Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
5. Relationship Management & Communication
Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agencies, and corporate partners to drive student enrollments.
Serve as the main point of contact between IBTE and marketing representatives in Egypt.
Ensure compliance with IBTE’s policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
The Marketing Manager’s success will be measured by the following:
Student Enrollment Targets – Number of students successfully enrolled per quarter.
Call Conversion Rate – Percentage of outbound calls leading to successful enrollments.
Team Productivity Metrics – Call volume, follow-up rates, and lead response times.
Lead Quality & Engagement – Ensuring the team reaches qualified, high-intent leads.
Customer Satisfaction & Retention – Positive feedback from prospective students and improved engagement.
Market Expansion Initiatives – Success in expanding IBTE’s reach within Egypt’s education sector.
Job Requirements
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in educational marketing, admissions, or student recruitment.
- Strong understanding of international education trends and student recruitment strategies.
- Experience working with higher education institutions or global universities is highly preferred.
