Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Project Manager to administer and organize all process of the projects. Project Manager responsibilities include planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling queries. Project manager plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision.

Responsibilities

Determine and define projectscope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare budgetbased on scope of work and resourcerequirements
Track projectcosts to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed projectschedule and work plan
Provide projectupdates on a consistent basis to variousstakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industrybest practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progressand make adjustments as needed
Measure projectperformance to identifyareas for improvement
Assign tasksto internal teams and assistwith schedule management.
Act as the point of contactand communicate projectstatus to all stakeholders.
Manage all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) (from PMO side).
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans,reports, etc.
Work with many differentin-house and outsourcing teams to developscope for the projects.
