Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and driven Senior Marketing Executive with a strong focus on content creation, social media management, campaign execution, and event coverage. The ideal candidate is organized, passionate about innovation, and able to coordinate both internally and with external partners to ensure the message is effectively communicated across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Publishing

Develop, write, and design content for social media, newsletters, websites, and presentations.
Manage and publish posts across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.

Production & Campaign Management

Create production and content calendars for ongoing campaigns.
Coordinate visual assets with designers, freelancers, or outsourced agencies.
Send, track, and report on email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailerlite or Brevo.

Event Marketing & Coverage

Provide full marketing support for offline events (before, during, and after).
Handle live content coverage (photos, videos, stories) and post-event reporting.
Coordination & Communication
Work with external freelancers, media producers, and creative agencies.
Work closely with program managers and the business development team to align messaging.
Monitor performance metrics across campaigns and recommend improvements.
