Job Description
We’re hiring an ambitious E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead and scale our online sales performance. You’ll work closely with the Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to achieve sales and growth KPIs
- Collaborate daily with the Media Buyer to align on campaign planning, budgeting, and creative needs
- Coordinate cross-channel marketing efforts (Meta, Google, TikTok, email, SMS, push, etc.)
- Drive the launch of new products, collections, and promotional events
- Improve website conversion rates through CRO, customer journey analysis, and A/B testing
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS and CAC
- Manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and media partners
- Lead retention initiatives including email flows, loyalty programs, and win back strategies
- Benchmark competitor strategies and identify market opportunities
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably fashion, beauty, or retail
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing, media buying, and customer lifecycle management
- Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and UGC/influencer marketing and E-commerce KPI's
- Strong analytical skills with a performance and ROI-driven mindset
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Experience with Shopify
- Background in creative direction or copywriting
