Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:

 E-commerce Strategy & Sales:

  • Develop, implement, and execute the e-commerce business plan aligned with TiE HOUSE's brand and sales objectives.
  • Monitor online sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and launch digital campaigns that boost traffic and conversions.

 Website Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the TiE HOUSE website, ensuring it is up-to-date, error-free, and optimized for UX and SEO.
  • Manage product catalog: add/edit/remove products, descriptions, pricing, and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with developers/designers to enhance site performance, loading speed, and mobile responsiveness.

 Customer Experience:

  • Ensure an outstanding customer journey from browsing to checkout and delivery.
  • Work closely with Customer Service to resolve customer issues and monitor feedback to improve satisfaction.

 Promotions & Merchandising:

  • Plan online promotions, discount codes, bundles, and seasonal campaigns to drive revenue.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and inventory team for stock planning ahead of campaigns.

 Analytics & Optimization:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and CRM data to analyze traffic sources, conversion rates, and user behavior.
  • Propose and implement A/B testing and continuous improvements to increase sales and reduce bounce rate.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing an e-commerce website (preferably fashion/retail).
  • Strong knowledge of WooCommerce.
  • Familiar with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
