Job Description
Leads the digital commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth. Oversees operations, marketing integration, conversion optimization, and customer experience across web and marketplace platforms.
- Manage e-commerce operations including catalog management, pricing, and stock accuracy
- Oversee daily order processing, fulfillment, and delivery coordination
- Plan and implement digital campaigns in collaboration with marketing
- Improve website user experience (UX/UI), speed, and navigation
- Track KPIs: traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and CLTV
- Optimize SEO, SEM, and product ranking performance
- Manage third-party platform accounts (Amazon, Jumia, Noon, Talabat, etc.)
- Handle customer issues and monitor feedback on digital platforms
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and e-commerce performance reporting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or Business
- 8–10 years of e-commerce management experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.)
- Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
- Excellent project management and technical troubleshooting skills
