Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with a minimum of 7 years of proven success in marketing, preferably within the GCC region. The ideal candidate must have industry-specific experience in construction, fit-out, interior design, retail sales, and aluminum products, and will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans—both digital and offline—to strengthen the company’s brand positioning and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the company’s digital marketing efforts including paid ads, social media, SEO, email campaigns, and website management.
- Oversee offline marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, print materials, partnerships, and field promotions.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide campaign targeting.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, project management, design, and technical) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
- Position the company as a trusted and recognizable brand in the construction, interior design, fit out, and aluminum retail sectors.
- Support sales teams through effective lead-generation campaigns and showroom/customer engagement strategies.
- Generate regular marketing performance reports, track KPIs, and provide insights for optimization.
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring creative output and timelines are met.
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI to ensure cost-effective spending.
- Create and maintain high-quality marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 7 years in the GCC market.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies across multiple industries.
- In-depth knowledge of construction, fit-out, interior design, retail sales, and aluminum products.
- Strong expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, CRM platforms).
- Fluent in English (Arabic language is a plus).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results within deadlines.
