We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing team and drive impactful, data-driven campaigns aligned with our strategic goals.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 2+ years of team leadership experience and 4+ years in technical digital marketing. GCC experience is mandatory. Project management skills are a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional digital marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Rahala’s business goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, PPC, and content).
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; collaborate with the product team to improve ROI.
- Align efforts with sales, product, and external agencies for cohesive marketing execution.
- Track industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and present performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and relevant regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Hotels, DMCs, Tourism Boards, and other stakeholders.
- Lead brand reputation management efforts and report key challenges or suggestions until a Brand Manager is assigned.
- Develop and implement internal training to upskill team members on new tools and trends.
- Align all marketing activities with the overall business objectives of Rahala Global.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a technical digital marketing Manager.
- Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role.
- GCC market experience is mandatory.
- Strong project management skills are a plus.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience working in the Saudi tourism market is preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
