Job Summary:
A well-known company is looking for a results-driven leader to join our team as Marketing and Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and managing a high-performing team. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly plans to meet the company’s sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and define clients’ needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead, train, mentor and evaluate the marketing and sales team.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s service.
- Create and analyze performance reports which support decision making.
- Manage marketing campaigns and ensure brand awareness.
- Attend industry trade conferences, exhibitions and events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Event Management.
- Proven experience in the medical/pharmaceutical is a must.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience in managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and decision making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and lead under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events as needed.
- Fluency in English.
