Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to brand storytelling. You will be responsible for positioning Link TSP as a thought leader, generating leads, supporting sales enablement, and expanding our reach in key markets like Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, SEM, email, etc.).
  • Create compelling content and messaging that highlights Link TSP’s products and success stories.
  • Oversee the development of brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and video scripts.
  • Manage content calendars across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Work closely with business development to support lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs like engagement, leads, CTRs, and conversion rates. 
  • Stay on top of B2B SaaS and digital transformation trends to ensure competitive edge.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and partners.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, preferably within SaaS or digital transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills (Arabic & English).
  • Experience working across the MENA region is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools.
  • A creative mindset with strong project management capabilities.
