Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for consumer tire products to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities and optimize product positioning.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and distribution teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and advertising activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting tactics to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, retailers, and media partners.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Generate regular reports on market performance, competitor activities, and campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in automotive marketing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive or consumer goods sector.
- Solid knowledge of ATL/BTL and digital marketing
- Experience in category management, pricing, and sales collaboration
- Strong project management and agency briefing skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience managing budgets and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
