Job Description
Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Own and analyze key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, churn, etc.) and turn insights into strategic action.
Manage and execute campaigns across performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic), organic channels (SEO, content, social media), and account-based marketing.
Design and run a/b tests, landing pages, and funnel experiments for continual learning and ROI improvement.
Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer teams to create seamless user journeys and drive rapid growth.
Lead marketing automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and CRM optimization efforts.
Manage external agencies/partners and a small cross-functional team as needed.
Report regularly to leadership on key results, learnings, and growth opportunities.
Continually scout and evaluate new channels, markets, and tactics, keeping Bluworks ahead of the curve.
Job Requirements
4+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS or technology growth marketing roles (startup experience preferred).
Demonstrated success driving measurable growth in high-growth, resourceful, fast-paced environments.
Hands-on expertise in paid digital acquisition, SEO, organic growth, web analytics, and A/B testing.
Proficiency with major marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mixpanel, ad platforms).
Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Strategic thinker with a bias for action, experimentation, and data-backed decision-making.
Collaborative, humble, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Fluent in English and Arabic
