Job Description
- Develop and implement customer and channel marketing strategies to support brand and business objectives.
- Translate brand campaigns into customer-focused initiatives and promotions.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Teams to ensure consistent execution across all channels.
- Design, manage, and evaluate promotional programs to improve in-store and online conversion.
- Analyze shopper behavior and category performance to generate actionable insights.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and measure ROI on key initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with key customers to co-develop marketing programs.
- Lead development of POS materials and ensure proper brand presence in all channels.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend proactive channel strategies.
- Collaborate with E-commerce teams on digital retail execution and shopper experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in customer marketing, trade marketing, or channel marketing, preferably in FMCG, pharma, or consumer health sectors.
- Strong understanding of shopper insights, customer segmentation, and retail environments.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated channel plans.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales & brand marketing.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Nielsen/IRI data is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus for Middle East-based roles.
