Job Description
- Executes strategic marketing plans for designated brands, delivering on sales and market share objectives
- Create and implement monthly, brand-specific promotional plans for each customer in line with brand strategies
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, events, seminars, and workshops for the relevant product, including the development of promotional materials and brand reminders
- Delivered training on new and existing FF products while continuously updating team expertise based on evolving market trends
- Meet sales targets and drive long-term product growth, addressing gaps with timely corrective measures
- Coordinated the execution of marketing plans, created and maintained promotional budgets, and ensured all activities stayed within authorized financial limits
- Built and nurtured relationships with key local market influencers and stakeholders while staying updated on emerging trends
- Consistently delivered IQVIA, expenditure, and ad-hoc marketing reports on schedule to support timely decision-making
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years as a product or brand manager, preferably in the dermatology line
- Ability to develop and implement marketing plans aligned with brand objectives
- Skilled in analyzing market trends, competitor data, and customer insights (e.g., IQVIA, Nielsen)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
