About Mezan
Mezan is a rapidly growing Saudi cloud-based accounting SaaS platform serving SMEs, business owners, and accountants. Founded in 2021, we provide integrated, simple, and secure accounting solutions. As we scale our digital marketing efforts, we're looking for a performance marketing expert to drive customer acquisition.
Role Overview
We're seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid digital marketing and drive customer acquisition. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to make a significant impact on our growth. You'll develop, execute, and optimize performance campaigns while leveraging data analytics to maximize ROI on ad spend.
Creative experience and good taste in managing the development of creative assets is important. Experience in actually developing visual or video assets directly yourself is not a requirement, but is strongly preferred. You will have access to an inhouse designer, but video development capabilities is currently not part of our inhouse team.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Creative Strategy & Copywriting for developing ads that convert well, using a data driven approach with good intuition and familiarity with the Saudi market
- Create and manage conversion funnels
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize allocation across channels
- Content Creators & Influencer Research & Negotiations, to find and manage marketing opportunities with relevant creators, especially on Youtube as a channel, to find a sustainable long term strategy via deals with creators, experience doing this in the Arabic market, and more specifically the Saudi market, will help your application

Success Metrics
First 30 days:
- Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategy
- Launch key campaigns across new key channels
- Improve & utilize the existing analytics setup (Posthog as the main tool)
First year targets:
- 3x ROAS as the minimum for the ad spend allocated, blended across channels

Job Requirements
Experience & Skills Required
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in B2B software
- Creative & Branding Skills, to manage and refine inhouse or external resources for developing ad campaign assets that convert well
- Experience managing advertising budgets (SAR 100K+ annually)
- Hands-on experience with PostHog or similar analytics platforms
- Expert proficiency across ad platforms: Google Search Ads, Twitter Ads, Linkedin Ads, Meta Ads, Youtube Ads & others
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics, growth strategies, and sales workflows
Technical Requirements
- Experience with conversion tracking & funnels
- Data driven campaign analytics and optimization
- Arabic language skills and Saudi market knowledge (preferred)
