Job Description
Digital Marketing Agency Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (SEO, PPC, content, social media, web development, etc.).
- Strategy Development: Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, presenting campaign results and offering strategic recommendations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROI, CPA, CTR, and ROAS; make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to meet objectives within deadlines.
- Team Growth: Mentor team members, facilitate training, and participate in the recruitment process.
- Core Skills:
- Strong background in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, analytics, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Asana, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal teams and client interactions
- Strategic thinking combined with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, SEO, email, etc.)
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with marketing tools and platforms such as:
- Google Ads & Google Analytics (including GA4)
- Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager
- SEMrush, Ahrefs, or other SEO tools
- HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other CRM/email platforms
- Project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills: ability to read data, generate insights, and optimize accordingly
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) is a plus
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in presenting reports and strategy to clients
- Strategic thinking with a focus on results and ROI
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a bonus
