Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on performance marketing to oversee multi-platform campaigns across a variety of client accounts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Google Ads (SEM), Meta Ads, and SEO, with a proven ability to optimize for ROAS and lead a high-performing digital team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and SEO for multiple client accounts
- Ensure ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate targets are met or exceeded for all active campaigns
- Supervise and mentor a team of media buyers and SEO specialists; provide strategic direction and ensure quality execution
- Conduct regular account audits, competitor benchmarking, and optimization of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting
- Oversee full-funnel strategy from awareness to conversion for both lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
- Manage and report on media budgets across accounts, with clear allocation and performance-based adjustments
- Provide monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations for clients
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure consistent message delivery and technical accuracy
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and performance best practices
Job Requirements
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO best practices, and analytics/reporting tools such as GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager
- Strong ability to interpret campaign data and take action to improve performance (ROAS, CPL, bounce rate, etc.)
- Experience managing and optimizing multiple accounts across different industries simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present insights and strategy directly to clients
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with A/B testing tools, landing page builders, and CRO practices
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce) or CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
