Job Description

Job Purpose:

It is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The marketing manager must has solid experience in the automotive industry. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing press releases, media relations, marketing communications, public relations, and marketing activities; developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic; deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution; tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns; managing the marketing budget; and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all communication channels, including speeches and press releases, to drive qualified traffic and brand awareness.
  • Manage marketing campaigns and standard KPIs across organic and paid channels, including content marketing, PPC, events, PR, social media, and lead generation.
  • Create engaging content for the website and blog to attract and convert target audiences.
  • Build strategic partnerships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI.
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-range marketing plans, budgets, and programs to support profit growth.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
  • Negotiate and manage third-party marketing agencies.
  • Attend relevant industry meetings and align with internal departments (Sales, After Sales, etc.) to achieve shared objectives and targets.
  • Study and enhance product line-up to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Conduct new model introduction studies (positioning, pricing, and volume projections).
  • Develop profit strategies for existing and new models (customer, sales, and communication targets).
  • Monitor MSRP vs. transaction price for core models and competitors.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years' experience in marketing with a strong background in automotive field
  • Experience in the automotive industry is must
  • MBA holder is preferable
  • Strong experience in press releases, media relations, and public relations
  • Expertise in marketing communications and marketing strategies
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
